Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation is looking for a Billing & Invoicing Specialist.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the issuance of invoices to clients, ensuring compliance with tax and accounting requirements and verifying that the invoice has been correctly received by the client.
- Coordinate and process intercompany billing in accordance with group agreements and policies.
- Manage intercompany contracts with different group companies.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and country-specific requirements for intercompany operations.
- Verify and reconcile financial data related to billing to prevent discrepancies.
Keep billing records updated in our CRM. - Coordinate with the sales team to resolve billing issues.
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and billing information.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in billing processes.
- Provide support to other areas of the department.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent studies.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing.
- Knowledge of tax and accounting regulations applicable to invoicing.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with IT applications.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure billing accuracy.
- Ability to work in deadline-driven environments.
- Teamwork skills and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced English (Minimum C1).
